Creative Power Products and Services

Empowerment through creativity
A VSA arts of New Mexico Special Initiative

VSA Creative Power Products and Services is an economic empowerment project of VSA arts of New Mexico. 

Creative Power Products promote the craftwork created by apprentice artists in the Enabled Studio Arts Program.  Products are for sale through the Very Special Arts Gallery, Weems Artfest, the Peacecraft Coop, crafts fairs, and other retail outlets.  Special orders of greeting and holiday cards, awards, and gift items can also be developed for service agencies, corporations, and individuals.

Creative Power Services bring artists with disabilities into school and other community settings as artists-in-residence, providing arts education and disability awareness opportunities as well as job training.

Creative Power Products and Services strive to assist New Mexicans with severe disabilities in gaining new skills, increasing self-determination and enjoying the benefits of being valued members of the community.
